How do i create my account?
To register on the Vaporart store, after confirming "yes" to the banner asking if you are of age, you will need to click on "Become a reseller", give your consent to the processing of data and complete the procedure proposed by the system.
When you start registration you can choose the type of registration you need, as a private individual or as a reseller.
 
What documents do I need?
As per ADM regulatory provisions for inhalation fluids, verification of the age of majority is required, therefore you will be required to upload your identity document (.jpg or .pdf) to make this verification possible. In full respect of privacy, these documents are processed with manual and IT tools in order to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
 
Can I register with two profiles (personal / company) but with the same email?
No, each registered user will have his own email.
 
What should I enter as a username?
You can enter your first name, your company name or a nickname. Choose it carefully: the username is the only field you will not be able to change in the future.
 
Can I change my password?
Yes: just go to your profile page and change your password. From the next login you will log in with the new password.
 
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Just go to the Login section on the home page and click on the appropriate recovery link. You will receive a confirmation email which, if clicked within the indicated time, will allow you to configure your new password. It will be sent to the email address with which you registered.

 
Can I change my address or phone number?
Yes. Except for the username, all data entered during registration can be changed.
Are Vaporart e-liquids safe?
Vaporart uses the highest quality raw materials and, where present, pharmaceutical grade and purity nicotine. It also pays the utmost attention to compliance with all regulations and performs tests and analyzes that guarantee its safety.
 
What regulations are e-liquids  subject to and how do I notice that the liquids comply with the regulations?
E-liquids fall under the ADM (Customs and Monopoly Agency) regulations, in fact, on each of the ready-made liquids or Mix & Vape that you purchase, you will find a mark that guarantees their integrity.
Furthermore, ready liquids are notified according to the European TPD standard at least 6 months before being placed on the market. A long process that includes documentary and many laboratory tests that guarantees the consumer that the product is safe. On Vaporart liquids you will find the "TPD code" on the box, for your added safety.
 
How long does it take for the products to expire?
Although in reality the inhalation liquids do not "expire" if stored in the correct way, on the bottom of each bottle / box you will find not only the lot number but also an "expiration date" 3 years from the date of production. This is not a legal provision but a self-regulation aimed at better protecting the final consumer.
 
Where can I buy Vaporart products?
Vaporart products are available online on the store.vaporart.it website, but also in most electronic smoke shops throughout Italy. at our authorized dealers. To find the store closest to you, you can visit the section https://store.vaporart.it.
 
What happens if the product I'm looking for is out of stock?
If a specific item is out of stock and you want to be notified when it becomes available again, simply click on the appropriate icon (bell image). You will receive a notification as soon as the item can be purchased again directly at the e-mail address with which you registered.
What are the refund procedures?
The refund will be made according to the payment method used at checkout; Refund processing times are related to the chosen method.
 
Are there any limits on the amount of products I can order?
There are no minimum limits (it is also possible to buy just one piece) while the maximums are dictated only by the actual availability of the product in stock.
 
Where is my order?

How can I modify my order?
Once the processing of your order has started, it is no longer possible to make changes: this also applies to updating shipping information and product selection. Before placing an order, therefore, we suggest that you check it carefully.
If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can return your order by sending it to the address you will find on the back of the shipping note or you can refuse the package when it will be delivered to you by our courier.
 
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel the orders placed. If you no longer wish to purchase the products we are about to send you, we suggest you contact our sales offices immediately at the telephone number 01535096 (from Monday to Friday, from 9-13 and 14-17).
What are the accepted payment methods?

If I pay for my order by credit card, when will I be charged?

If I choose "bank transfer" for my first order. Can I change the form of payment for the next order?
Yes, the payment method may be changed from one order to another. 
 
I have chosen a shipping method for my first order. Can I change the form of shipping for the next order?
Yes: as in the case of payment, the choice of shipping can also be changed from order to order.

 
Where do I find the invoice and when does it become available?
A copy of the courtesy invoice can be downloaded from your order detail or from the order list and becomes available once the order is finished by the administration.
The electronic invoice, valid for tax purposes, is sent within 12 days from the actual invoice date.
What are the costs and delivery times?
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the weight / volume of the order and the shipping area, and is automatically calculated on each cart.
However, we are able to manage deliveries within 24/48 hours of order processing.

Can I choose the day and / or time of delivery?
Unfortunately it is not possible to choose a specific time and day for the delivery of the products. After the goods have been shipped you will receive a notification in your e-mail box and you will be able to view the shipment tracking via a specific link.
What should I do if I receive an order with broken or missing products?
